Huili Foundry plant owns about 460 employees and 12,500 square meters production area with annual capacity up to 30,000tons on various kinds of gray iron,ductile iron and alloyed iron castings.

With combination of manual production line with capacity 20,000 tons/year and semi-automatic production line with capacity 10,000tons/year, Foundry Plant could meet different requirements on casting structure, wall thickness and size and indicate adequately main feature of various types and specifications with smaller batched. The combinative melting process of 7ton's cupola and 3ton's electric furnace guarantees the stability for various materials .The rolling, hanging and tumbling shot blasters ensure efficient cleaning for all casting in different shapes and structure.Advanced testing and measuring instruments such as Optical Spectrometer, Metallographic Analyzer, Ultrasonic Defect Measuring Meter, furnace Analyzer and Temperature Analyzer control each critical process strictly to ensure the quality stability.  

During developing new products, Huili Foundry Plant introduces advanced assistant designing and solidification stimulation technology with computers to improve the reliability and forecast for casting process,shorten the developing lead-time for new products, enhance the technology level and guarantee the quality .
